seafood night.

dinner out with the family today.
no signboard @ geylang.
like the last time we went there,
we couldnt remember which side it was on
so spent some time going round and round and round.

steamed crab is the best kind of crab i find.
this one had a HEUGE claw! as big as my hand!!
my crazy sister fit the pincers into her thumb and forefinger
and started picking things up with them
mom was so tickled she laughed so hard! haha

cereal prawn is da bomb. havent had it in a long time.
can literally eat the whole prawn man!
and the cereal is damn good! mmm!
i likey!

geoduck sashimi. havent had it in an even longer time.
good stuff! you can eat it raw, or par boiled in a little pot of broth.
i prefer it raw, with the lemon and wasabi.
the pot of broth though, was damn tasty!
immediately reminded me of KFC original chicken skin!
which nobody else could taste, until much later
darren said it was the mash potato gravy.
which tastes similar to the original chicken skin!
in the end my sister agreed there was a tinge of it.

mussels in chili sauce. okay only i thought.
the chili sauce is the same as if you order chili crab
(which we all dont really fancy)
but we had a good time moping up the sauce with mini mantou!

stir fried asparagus, honey pork ribs (quite nice really!),
and xin zhou mi fen.
as everyone kinda knows, i eat a lot of rice right..
i had half a bowl of rice, and i think i barely ate half of it.
i felt so odd at the end of it, leaving all that rice behind.

oh dear, half the weekend is over.
in case belle wants to know, i spent no money this saturday afternoon too.
doing exactly the same thing i was doing last week.
sleeping the afternoon away. heh.
