fishcake

how many ways can you say fishcake?
herr-pia is how i was taught today..
why would anyone say herr-pia when you can just say fishcake?

this lesson took place at a hong kong cafe along upper thomson called tong shui cafe..
my bowl of dry noodles with sunset egg and beef brisket came with a damn funky fishcake that had a crab stick in it..!



anyway the food is damn good man, and the menu is like a little book..
388 items on it.! (i wonder who did the counting.)
you guys might know this place la.. theres one on river valley, zion road, liang seah street and then this branch on upper thomson that just opened a few days ago..

so that was supper


dinner was with darius' family at no signboard seafood.. AGAIN!!
i say again because just the previous night we had dinner with MY family at the exact same place..!!!!!
and as if that wasnt ridiculous enough, the crazy boy had to order almost the exact same things..!
okay so the food was good, and reasonably priced.. but still!!

so it was lobster with cheese sauce, chilli crabs (steamed crabs the night before), clams, honey pork ribs, chicken with lemon sauce, some other chicken (herbal frogs legs the previous night), baby kailan (and sambal kang kong the other night).

have i just been stuffing myself silly or what.?!


headed to cafe del mar at sentosa for drinks after..
lounging on the beach at night with great company is just the best way to spend some quality time together..!
