same same but different!

the whole family trooped down to bedok block 85 for dinner saturday night
right after picking up half the family from the airport.
lots of foooood!
wunnerful wunnerful bak chor mee, oyster omelette (not too good though, too much starch!!), char kuay teow, and multiple juicy barbequed chicken wings!

** how is it that only after writing this entry do i realise i have a problem spelling barbecue?


ive only been to this place once before. in march.
i remember, cos im really not often in the east.
too clearly, i can recall the frame of mind i was in at the time.
i can remember what i was doing, the fatigue, all my trying and trying
so goddamn hard.
i could barely finish my bowl of noodles, and a chicken wing.
im sure all this is in another post some months back.
interesting how the situation can be so drastically different, and yet so exactly the same.

you know i mentioned before that i had a plan.
and actually its been going rather well.. im already into step 2 of it.
but i suppose there are times when everything gets thrown out the window.
days like yesterday, when i dont know what to do next,
if my plan is really the best idea.
and then all i can do is crumble into a little heap
into a world where i know everything, but cant seem to have anything.
where i cant understand why i only have a single thought
when i think of orange juice.
